Terms and Conditions for My Way Driver Training
The Pupil should produce a valid licence on the first lesson.
Cancellation policy is 24hrs before your lesson.
We cannot be responsible for lesson or test cancellation due to mechanical breakdown or damage to the tuition vehicle.
In the interests of safety we reserve the right to withdraw the tuition vehicle if in the instructors opinion you are not ready for a practical driving test.
All of our instructors will present themselves in a professional manner and of smart appearance.
We will provide the pupil with an Air Conditioned car with dual controls in a clean roadworthy and tidy condition.
Our instructors will abide by an equal opportunity and will not discriminate against Race, Colour, Creed, Gender or sexual orientation.
